THE FAITHLESS FAITHFULS

SHARE

We see them,
Deceitful and poseurish and corrupt.
We see them
The untruth making truth with corrupt passion
And camouflaged faithfulness.
Our eyes can see
Their beautifully calculated deeds
And their good but bad goodnesses.
They cloak the truth wittingly
But we see them.
If not for drought and famine,
Who would visit them?
If not for helplessness and despair,
Who would be their preys?
If hardship has made those with eyes blind,
We with apt vision will swiftly swerve
Even in hardship, for we see them...
