HOW TO EMBRACE CHANGE (The Antidote To All Your Anxieties)

SHARE

In this write-up, I use the word 'change' in its nominal sense (as a noun). In this sense, 'change' may refer to the transformation of one thing, idea, or state into something else. I think this definition will be fit for my exposition. Please read on...
The concept of change has been a part of human life since the beginnings of this world. It is an important phenomenon without which, I think men cannot make progress: because life would've remained static, and become stale. We see change everywhere -- around us and even within us. It is inevitable. Therefore, the best we can do is to understand it as such, and train our perceptions such that, it would become a friend to us, rather than a foe. I want to show you how...
As toddlers, we feel so close to our families, but there comes a time when we grow and become men and women, and thus, we part ways with them. We begin our own lives as husbands or wives. Marriage is sweet. Life is enjoyable. But there comes a time when things begin to be different. No sweetness, no money, no peace, only pain. We make friends. We fall in love. Soon, we lose them; our hearts get broken. We sacrifice so much. We invest millions into businesses. And suddenly, our businesses collapse; all our efforts become waste....
This is what I mean by change. And it comes in many forms, and many shapes. But when it happens, how do we feel? How do we react? Do we feel we're unlucky? Do we feel that's our destinies? Do we even feel we're cursed? No, we are not! That is change. And it is natural. We can't stop it. But we can accept it as change, and that, since it is change, and is inevitable, things will certainly change again. Things will change from bad to good, and from bitter to sweet.
When we psyche ourselves in this manner, I tell you, no loss or pain or failure or disappointment can ever abate our hope. All these pains and losses we've recently suffered will not last. Change itself will come again, and naturally turn things around beautifully. If we lost, we shall regain. If we failed, we shall succeed. If we were heartbroken, we shall find comfort. If we were poor, we shall be rich. But, as I have always been telling you, the secrets are hard work and persistency.
Dear one, please smile with me, because change is coming soon, to wipe all your tears away...
