YOU VERSUS TIME (The Fiercest Battle)

SHARE

We all have been engaged before in one or two of life's struggles. Some take our strength; others take our consciences. The fiercest, most constant one is the battle with TIME. It is all around us, wherever we are. Sadly, some of us are losing this battle. And the truth is, we are the cause of the loss. Read on; find out why...
We hear people say "No one can deceive nature." That means that nature is fixed, with all its cycles. But the nucleus of nature is time. And that is what controls us: our activities, our growth and our progress. Time is fixed. Its speed is constant. It moves forward, and forward ONLY. But it moves without pulling us along. Our progress is not tied to it. We are growing, but if we want to make progress, we have to move with it consciously. Read on...
If a lazy man (or woman) sets his time to three hours late, it never changes the speed of time. He only ends up retrogressing in life, because he will be late at work; lose an opportunity; miss a privilege; and fail in the end. Does he think that time would stop and wait for him?
We need to understand that time is not against us. We are against ourselves. Time cannot even change its own speed, because that is fixed. We rather have to move with it humbly, because it is supreme. We have to do away with the laziness, indecisiveness, and the inactivity. We need to drop the postponement, take discipline, and love hard work. We have to stop playing in the schools and in the offices, and start learning and working. This is how to move with time.
We can choose to sleep a little more; wait for some time or days or years more; pretend all is fine when all is not fine; pretend we have done it when we haven't started at all; decide not to do it at all; or even remove our watches and throw them away... For time, it is moving and going. It won't ever stop, neither will it force us along.
What are we doing about it?
