IT SHALL BE REVEALED (Part 2)

SHARE
This is another extract from one of the songs of one of Ghana's renowned high life artistes, the late Akwasi Ampofo Adjei, entitled Ebeda Edi (It shall be revealed). I think it is worth sharing...

A teacher one day sent his pupils to go and plant corn in a garden, a school garden. When these pupils got to the garden, out of dislike for the teacher, instead of planting they threw the bucket of corn anyhow on the farm and ran back to school, and said to the teacher: " Please Sir, we are done."
God is good. He rained good rain on the corn, and it started flowering. After about four months, the teacher decided to go to the farm to see what the pupils did. To his utmost surprise, he went to meet his corn scattered about haphazardly in the garden, like rice.
He went back to the classroom and with a strong cane in his hand, called the pupils and dragged them to the school garden.
He said, "You thought only the six of you have secretly hidden somewhere, doing what you like, right? Look, I have already told you on many occasions, that anything you do in this world, you should think twice about it, for the consequence is ahead of you. However you try to hide it, it shall certainly be revealed, for all to see."
That day, each of the pupils received six strong lashes.
LESSON
No one can outwit nature. Whatever you do or have done today or some time ago, if no one sees you; even if you succeed in covering it yourself, nature will uncover it one day. It could be soon. It could be later. Therefore, think twice.
